PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control system that is excellent in a network configuration dynamic revision characteristic, a low power consumption characteristic, a real time characteristic, a throughput characteristic, an adhoc characteristic, a management load characteristic, and a contention control efficiency characteristic. PSOLUTION: A master communication terminal broadcasts a management frame including contents of a contention management table 300, and updates the contention management table 300 when receiving a participation request. A slave communication terminal transmits a participation request to the master communication terminal, updates the contention management table 300 on the basis of the received management frame when receiving the management frame, predicts a transmission time of its own slave communication terminal on the basis of the contention management table 300, shifts to a low power consumption mode until the predicted transmission time comes, and transmits frames when the transmission time of its own slave communication terminal comes.
