PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely capture and blast a ballistic missile of an enemy to vanish it out, and vanish out an attack intention of the enemy completely.;SOLUTION: The basic system is as follows. A currently-used intercepter missile, Patriot, additionally equipped, on a tip end of its warhead, with a protective net for capturing and blasting a ballistic missile of an enemy in a folded shape is set off forward of an expected flight course of the ballistic missile of the enemy near the border in the vicinity of a ballistic missile launching base station of the enemy or on the sea. The protective net for capturing and blasting the ballistic missile of the enemy is put on stand-by in an opened and developed state. If the ballistic missile of the enemy comes flying and comes in contact with this protective net, huge arc discharge of a high voltage large current from electrodes of solar batteries equipped in the entire surface of the protective net causes the firing and explosion of rocket fuel remaining in the ballistic missile of the enemy. This system is equipped in two or three stages, thereby completely crushing the attack intention of the ballistic missile of the enemy and completely blasting even a multiheaded ballistic missile.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
