PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor device for moving coordinate measurement, and to provide an image processing method which uses a two-dimensional sequential image process.;SOLUTION: Digital voltage values for respective pixels inputted through an A/D conversion part by a pre-processing part are stored in a memory part; a pre-process for the respective pixels, sequentially inputted from the memory part, is executed based on a preset timing signal to produce a pre-processed current image, and thereafter, the current pre-process center image is stored in an X-channel/Y-channel reference part as a candidate reference image in X-axis/Y-axis directions, when transferred to a moving coordinate calculation part. After whether the reference image in the X direction/ Y direction is changed is determined, an X-coordinate/Y-coordinate movement value is extracted, by comparing the current pre-process image and the reference image with each other and transferred to a pertinent PC through a predetermined PC interface part, whereby variation of the digital voltage values due to minute luminous energy variation or noise of an analog circuit is prevented, and an effect capable of correctly tracing motion of an optical structure is provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
