In order to answer the needs which calculate the offer of dispatch service between the cities, the execution form which supports the dispatch group call between the cities is disclosed. The control local network device (110 - 131 etc) with the control of the call in, the local city area (101) and the remote city area (151) the dispatch service in both parties is managed.
