PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simultaneous storage device, for an image and a waveform, by which waveform data on an analog input signal and image data on an object to be measured can be stored and displayed so as to be related in terms of time. ;SOLUTION: A trigger detection circuit 20 which detects the generation of a first trigger signal 14 and a second trigger signal 4 is provided. A time storage circuit 21 which stores the generation time of the first trigger signal 14 and the second trigger signal 4 is provided. A waveform-signal storage means which samples an analog input signal due to the generation of the first trigger signal 14 and which converts the signal into digital waveform data so as to be stored in a first data storage means 13 is provided. An image storage means which converts an image input signal into digital image data due to the generation of the second trigger signal 4 so as to be stored in a second data storage means 3 is provided. A synchronous display circuit 30 by which the sampling time of the digital waveform data and the time in which the digital image data is stored are displayed simultaneously on a display means so as to correspond in terms of time is provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
