PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a C5-substituted deoxycytidine derivative or an N6-substituted deoxyadenosine derivative enzymically synthesizing modified DNAs especially required for DNA analysis with a DNA chip and to provide a method for synthesizing nucleic acid using the same.;SOLUTION: The C5-substitured deoxycytidine derivative is characterized in that the derivative is represented by general formula {wherein, R denotes an NHX; and X denotes a hydrogen atom, an alkynyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group or an aryl group, a COCF3 group, a COCH3 group, a carbonylmethylimidazole group, a CH(=NH)NH2, a biotinyl group, various amino acids bound through amide bonds or a (CH2)2N[(CH2)2NH2]2 group}.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
