PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urgent braking alarm system which warms that an urgent brake applying vehicle exists. PSOLUTION: The urgent braking alarming system comprises a position detection means which detects the position of an urgent brake applying vehicle, an urgent braking detection means which detects the urgent braking applied by the urgent brake applying vehicle, a transmission means which transmits urgent braking information when the urgent brake applied by the urgent brake applying vehicle is detected, a reception means by which a warning-receiving vehicle receives the urgent braking information , a position detection means which detects the position of the warning-receiving vehicle, a preceding vehicle determination means which determines whether the urgent brake applying vehicle is a preceding vehicle that precedes the warning-receiving vehicle based on the position of the urgent brake applying vehicle and the position of the warning-receiving vehicle, and a warning means which warms that the urgent brake applying vehicle exists to the warning-receiving vehicle when it is determined that the urgent brake applying vehicle is the preceding vehicle.
