PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call termination control apparatus capable of informing of attached information such as a communication business and emergency before start of communication or controlling call termination on the basis of the attached information, and to provide a terminal device, a message storage device, and a call termination control method. PSOLUTION: The call termination control apparatus of the first embodiment comprises: a caller terminal 20a possessed by a caller; a called terminal 20b operated by a called party; a communication network 60 for accommodating various apparatuses and switches; a caller side exchange 40 within the coverage where the caller exists; a called party side exchange 50 within the coverage where the called party exists; an automatic answering message storage device; and a call termination controller 10 for carrying out call termination control at the reception of an incoming call. The caller terminal 20a and the called terminal 20b respectively aim at terminals capable of setting attached information at call origination and displaying the attached information at call termination.
