PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify call control when a plurality of telephone numbers are used by one mobile communication terminal. PSOLUTION: A basic number side service control apparatus 200 holds service contract information required for offering services. When a call termination request to an addition number of a termination terminal 400 is received, an addition number side service control apparatus 100 shifts call termination control corresponding to the call termination request to the basic number side service control apparatus using the basic number specific information currently held, instead of performing the call termination control by itself. The basic number side service control apparatus provides a call termination service concerning an addition number of the termination terminal, using the addition number service contract information and basic number service contract information currently held. Thereby, when a call termination request to the termination terminal is received, the addition number side service control apparatus and the basic number side service control apparatus do not perform call termination control corresponding to the call termination request individually, but the basic number side service control apparatus carries out this call termination control in a united fashion.
