PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a transmission operation which may possibly give displeasure to a receiving person by making a sending person himself select a call termination whether to be executed or not when the receiving person is in a rest time zone or in an absent time zone, such as in lesson, without acquiring any additional information except for a telephone number of the receiving person.;SOLUTION: The method performs call termination controlling processes composed of the first step of acquiring information of the absent time zone corresponding to a call destination telephone number from a data base registering the absent time zone of the receiving person such as the rest time zone etc. of the receiving person using the call destination telephone number in every call destination telephone number at a time of call termination relating to a telephone connected to a private branch exchange, the second step of performing notification to the sending person by voice guidance when present time is determined as being in the absent time zone by comparing information of the acquired absent time zone and information of the present time, and the third step of performing a call termination process or a line disconnection process relating to the call destination telephone in response to indication for performing the call termination or indication for not performing the call termination made from the sending person responding to the voice guidance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
