PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an accurate mass of a collected product, increase the reliability of information on environmental burdens, and reduce work burden at each collection and recycling base.;SOLUTION: Client devices 3-7 connected to a network 2 are installed at each of collection and recycling bases, and data of a collected product (model information, the number of units by model, etc. of the collected product), entered by an operator, is transmitted to a control device 1. The control device 1 connected to the network 2 is installed at a control base, and a storage device 12 of the control device is made to store information of the mass for each model of the product as a product information database (DB) 22. When the data for the collected product are received from any of the client devices 3-7, a calculation part 11 refers to the product information DB 22, searches information of the mass of the product for each model, based on the received data of the collected product, calculates the total mass of the collected product from the information of the mass and the number of units by model, and stores it as a collection information DB.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
