PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send away for local specialty goods by affiliate's mutual assistance activities.;SOLUTION: A specialty goods proxy purchase system is provided with; a reception center server 20 which provides service to mediate between an affiliate who sends away for local specialty goods and an affiliate who performs proxy purchase of the specialty goods when goes out on the scene responding to an order request; user terminals 10, 1N which register affiliate's personal information and outing information on travel schedule to local areas in the reception center server 20, and carry out affiliate mutual assistance of specialty goods order via the reception center server; and the Internet 30 connecting communication between the reception center server 20 and user terminals 10 and 1N.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
