PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimal path creating method and an optimal path creating system which can quickly create an optimal path when manufacturing parts through a plurality of process or going to a destination via a plurality of route. PSOLUTION: When executing each process by selecting a desired processing means among a plurality of processing means, binarized data is created by binarizing each process means, depending whether or not the process concerned can be processed in each process; calculates ANDlogic between the initial value and binarized data of a predetermined process; executes procedure of calculating ANDlogic between the value of obtained ANDlogic and binarized data of next process, until the value of ANDlogic becomes zero; and selects the process, right up to the process in which the value of ANDlogic becomes zero, as the processes in which the processing is made possible by the same processing means.
