PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system providing medical institution retrieval service. PSOLUTION: The computer system 1 comprises: a server device 10 connected, through a network 30, to terminal equipment 40; and a medical institution database 12 connected to the server device 10 and storing at least information indicative of symptoms which can be treated by each medical institution. The server device 10 includes: a means for receiving symptom information indicative of the symptom of a user from the terminal equipment; a means for acquiring information on at least one medical institution filling the retrieval conditions by retrieving the medical institution database using the symptom information as retrieval conditions; and a means for transmitting the information on at least one medical institution fulfilling the retrieval conditions to the terminal equipment.
