PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart sufficiently high corrosion resistance against iron oxidation bacteria such as thiobacillus ferrooxidans to a prescribed structure or the like.;SOLUTION: A zinc layer and an antibacterial layer consisting of at least one kind of antibacterial element selected from manganese, cobalt and copper are respectively precipitated in succession over a prescribed base material to form a multilayer film consisting of the zinc layer and the antibacterial layer.
