PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal computer control system using a mobile storage medium and the mobile storage medium allowing use of prepared application software while securing security when the application software to be used is prepared in a personal computer, a server or the mobile storage medium. PSOLUTION: In installation of the mobile storage medium storing a specific control program starting and controlling predetermined application software to the personal computer to be used, the specific control program is started, and the predetermined application software is started after authentication on the mobile storage medium and a user is processed. When the application software is ended, data at the completion are stored in the mobile storage medium in this personal computer control system.
