PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new evaporated fuel treatment method and device which do not use a conventional canister, and to prevent evaporated fuel from leaking outside a vehicle. PSOLUTION: A fuel tank T of an internal combustion engine is communicated with an oil pan 2 arranged on a bottom part of a crankcase 1 by evaporated fuel treatment piping 5. In one end side of the evaporated fuel treatment piping 5, an evaporated fuel intake port 5a opening in a space inside the fuel tank T is provided. The other end side extends into engine oil stored in the oil pan 2. An extending end part 51 has a large number of openings serving as evaporated fuel discharge ports 51a. Evaporated fuel generated in the fuel tank T is discharged into the engine oil from the evaporated fuel discharge ports 51a as air bubbles, and treated by being dissolved in the engine oil.
