PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electronic components contained in a tray from bouncing out when moving a pallet, to which the tray is attached, between a magazine and a table.;SOLUTION: This electronic component supply unit draws out one of multiple pallets supported by the racks of a magazine to the top of a table adjacent to the magazine, and supplies electronic components from the electronic component supply tray held by the pallet. The pallet holding the desired electronic component supply tray is positioned at a movement starting point higher than the destination and is moved toward the destination while the magazine is lifted/lowered relative to the table so that the movement starting point becomes lower than the destination before the whole pallet reaches the destination.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
