PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-aging agent, a Maillard reaction inhibitor and a collagenase activity inhibitor preventing and improving physiological aging of the skin, crease, slackness and drabness of the skin accompanying aging by light and loss of texture and lowering of elasticity in the skin, containing an extract from a leaf part of carrot (Daucus carota L.) which is an ordinary edible plant as an active ingredient and extremely excellent in safety and a cosmetic for prevention of skin aging containing those.
