PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replaceable blade type cutter knife capable of performing blade breaking work in the state of a blade breaking device being left mounted to a holder part to remove a used part from a blade body of the replaceable blade type cutter knife wherein it is inconvenient to remove the blade breaking device of the blade body from the holder part every time in case of breaking a part of the blade body and the blade breaking device may be lost or misplaced, trampled on and damaged.;SOLUTION: To remove the used portion of the blade body 4 of the cutter knife 1, the tip of the blade body 4 is retreated into the blade breaking device 8 from the projecting state from a blade body projecting part 2c of the blade body 4, and a cut line 4a to be broken is adjusted to a cutting edge 8d positioned at an insertion clearance 8b, to open and bend a blade breaking implement lever 8a outward.
