PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video game which prevents players waiting for their turns from being bored, as a video game for the plurality of players to play by operating their own characters in rotation. PSOLUTION: A turn waiting character 16 corresponding to the player other than the first player is plotted on a game picture where the game picture comprising a player character operated by the first player is plotted. Then the player waiting for his or her turn operates a controller to move and plot the turn waiting character 16 on the game picture where the player character 15 is plotted.
