PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heat-insulating shapes of which the manufacturing cost is held down, while preventing longitudinal shrinkage of a heat-insulating material to a long-sized piece.;SOLUTION: The long-sized materials 2 and 3 made of a metal having hold-in recessed grooves 11 and 12 on the opposed surface sides are arranged in parallel at an interval, both sides of the heat-insulating material are penetrated into each recessed groove 11 and 12 and contact surfaces with the heat-insulating material of each recessed groove 11 and 12 are formed in irregular surfaces regarding the heat-insulating shapes connecting both long-sized materials 2 and 3 and extending in the longitudinal direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
