PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic driving type die-casting pressure reducing valve and a die-casting apparatus with which bound is not generated in the case of closing the pressure reducing valve and further, even in the case of generating trouble such as intrusion of molten metal, the maintenance time and the repairing cost can be reduced to the minimum.;SOLUTION: The electromagnetic driving type die-casting pressure reducing valve 15 is arranged in a driving block 16 and provided with a driving shaft 19 driven with electromagnetic power from solenoids 18a, 18b and a valve shaft 22 arranged in a valve block 17 as the other shaft to the driving shaft 19 and provided with a valve body 23 at the one side of the shaft end part. Further, in the valve shaft 22, a closing spring 25 for energizing the valve body 23 in the closing direction is cooperatively arranged, and in the driving shaft 19, an opening spring 26 for energizing the valve body 23 in the opening direction is cooperatively arranged.
