PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a impression cylinder jacket of a sheet perfecting printing machine which can obtain an enough effect for preventing an ink from sticking, has a surface structure with a high strength and a high wear and exhibits an inexpensive manufacturing cost, an impression cylinder wound with it, and a method for manufacturing it.;SOLUTION: The jacket externally mounted on the impression cylinder of the sheet perfecting printing machine, is characterized by comprising a base metal sheet, a synthetic resin coating layer formed on the base metal sheet, a ceramic particle dispersing and sticking layer wherein ceramic particles are dispersed and stuck with an adhesive under a condition where a part of the ceramic particles are exposed from an adhesive layer on the surface of the synthetic resin coating layer, and a low surface tension resin coating layer formed on the surface of the ceramic particle dispersing and sticking layer, and having an uneven surface with releasing properties on the outer surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
