PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical check information management system which simplifies the management of information on medical check in a school. PSOLUTION: The medical check information system 1 is provided with a freshman registration card reading means 4 which obtains the personal attribute data PD of a medical check receiving person based on a freshman registration card NC, a management number giving means 5 which gives management number data CN to personal information PI included in the personal attribute data PD thus obtained, a storage means 6 which stores the management number data CN and the personal attribute data PD in a personal attribute database PDB, a class information card reading means 7 which reads second class information from a class information card CC and a management terminal 2 having mainly a class information updating means 9 which updates class information CI stored in the storage means 6.
