SURGE CANCEL DEVICE AND THE SURGE CANCEL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the surge cancel device rejecting a surge even in the case of eliminating earth connection of a frame.;SOLUTION: The surge interrupting device is characterized by providing a common mode surge cancel part and a normal mode surge cancel part of multifarious form and multifarious quantity in order to cancel a surge allowed to flow in from a first/second input terminal and an external source. Accordingly, the external surge is canceled by utilizing a set earth even in a condition eliminating earth connection of the frame, the surge cancel device is applied to a circuit like the FAX, and a secondary side is protected by cancelling the surge which is allowed to flow in to a primary side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
