PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system and a business model for animal medical treatment and health consultation. PSOLUTION: A veterinarian information database in which a registration is based on an animal specialty and a field specialty is created and loaded in a server so as to be provided for users. A user selects a referee specialist veterinarian and inputs information about an animal of reference into an input screen via a network (communication network). The input information is transferred to the specialist veterinarian via the network (communication network), who presents useful information about the animal direct to the user.
