PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer for producing inorganic foamed materials that can produce inorganic foamed and cured products having stabilized quality. ;SOLUTION: This mixer is provided with the outer vessel 10 that is fixed to the stand, the inner rotor 20 that is rotatably set inside the outer vessel 10, formed at its outer face in the almost similar figure to the outer vessel 10 and has a plurality of projections on the outer face, the electric motor 50 for driving the inner rotor 20, the mixing chambers 41, 42 sectioned by the outer vessel 10 and the inner rotor 20. This mixer further has the feeder's 14a-14c for feeding a formulation of reactive inorganic powder, alkali metal silicate, water and foaming agent and the outlet 15 for excluding the product mixed in the mixing chambers 41, 42.
