MIXED BANK COMPRISING POROUS CONCRETE CONCEALED BANK AND EARTH BANK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce an existing earth bank in consideration of environment conservation.;SOLUTION: A mixed bank is prepared by constructing a water permeable porous concrete retaining wall in the core of a conventional earth bank, which can simplify both the construction period and work execution method. Its water permeability does not hinder the flows of natural spring water and underground water channels.
