PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flavan compound-containing composition which does not deteriorate the effects of the flavan compound on living bodies, prevents coagulative precipitation caused by the properties of the flavan compound itself, when used as a liquid agent, and prevents high mol. wt. peptide or protein coagulative precipitation caused by the protein-astringing property of the flavan compound.;SOLUTION: This flavan compound-containing composition comprises the flavan compound comprising at least one of proanthocyanidine and catechin compounds, a protein hydrolyzed peptide having an average mol. wt. of 7,000, and a peptide or protein having an average mol. wt. of ≥7,000.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
