PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system capable of always achieving a maximum level of operation capacity under various conditions.;SOLUTION: The control system comprises a first control rule 11 for inputting an operation command 15a to operate a control object, and for outputting a control output 16 to instruct a status of each of a plurality of control devices, of the control object, based on the operation command, and a second control rule 12 for outputting a control output different from the first control rule when the operation command inputted in the first control rule is inputted, and a control rule switching part 20 for switching to one of the first control rule and the second control rule based on information 14 which indicates failure of the control devices.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
