PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a platinum-gold cast denture in a shape exactly the same as that of an original mold by regulating a slightly deformed platinum-gold cast denture.;SOLUTION: A platinum-gold cast denture is allowed to be buried in the thermostable powder particles before solution heat treatment and quenching are conducted for regulating the segregated deformation of the above cast denture taken out from a mold. The solution heat treatment is favorably done at 650-750°C. It is more desirable, however, when the platinum-gold cast denture is buried in the thermostable powder particles and heated at 650-750°C for 15-20 minutes for solution heat treatment and quenching in cold water to be followed immediately thereafter and again buried in the theramostable powder particles and cooled up to 250°C after heating at 350-450°C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
