PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information on the investigation of the procurement of various in-building equipment through lease, including items, amount, statutory useful life, and lease period, thus comparing lease to purchase.;SOLUTION: This system comprises basic item lease masters 2, 4 for storing information at least about the items of in-building equipment, the unit cost of each item, statutory useful life, leasability, lease period, and lease rate during the lease period; an input process means 1 for calculating the price of each item on the basis of the input of lease requirements including the number of each item and whether the use of lease or purchase is selected; a lease ledger creation process means 3 for creating a lease ledger by determining the lease period based on the price, the lease requirements, and the statutory useful life, registered in the basic item lease masters 2, 4, of each item inputted for lease, and calculating the lease charge based on the lease rate; and an estimate creation means 5 for creating an estimate including each item inputted for purchase and each item created into the lease ledger.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
