PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain ON/OFF electric potential and a probe current wave form by recording data in entire frequency band. ;SOLUTION: Between a steel probe 2 imbedded near a pipe line 1 which is cathode corrosion-proofed and a saturated copper sulfate electrode 3 is connected, respectively, and an ON/OFF electric potential between the steel probe 2 and the saturated copper sulfate electrode 3 and a probe direct current between the steel probe 2 and the pipe line 1 are fetched in an IC card 14 temporarily, and then the data fetched into the IC card 14 is numerically analyzed with a computer 15, for frequency analysis of ON/OFF electric potential and probe current and level analysis of value for each frequency, and based on these results, corrosion-proof level is evaluated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
