PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantum chaos device capable of controlling a quantum chaos property over a wide range from outside and capable of such a control over the wide range even while using a single material.;SOLUTION: A heterojunction provided with a first region having an electron system characterized by a quantum chaos and a second region having an electron system characterized by integrability is formed. The first region and the second region are adjacent to each other, and the heterojunction is capable of exchanging electrons between the first region and the second region.
