PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the loads of an accounting department and to perform an accounting processing for withholding tax collection by a simple input operation. ;SOLUTION: An accounting processing system is provided with a first data base 3 storing a source content section indicating the contents of withholding tax in relation to a client or a transaction event, a second data base 4 storing the contents of a slip, and a withholding tax managing means 2 obtaining the source content section by retrieving the first data base from the inputted client or transaction event, calculating the withholding tax of the client on the basis of the source content section, a payment money amount to the inputted client and a withholding tax calculation section inputted for each payment money amount and recording the source content section and the withholding tax calculation section to the second data base in relation to the payment money amount as the contents of the slip.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
