The flat two-dimensional optical isolator includes, the substrate (102) with, 1st modosupuritsuta (104A) with, 2nd modosupuritsuta (104D) with, 1st modosupuritsuta and the phase-shift field which was formed on the substrate between 2nd modosupuritsuta (120) with. 1st modosupuritsuta, being formed on the substrate, receives the incident lightwave signal the entry port (111) through, 1st incident mode and splits the incident lightwave signal into 2nd incident mode. 2nd optical supuritsuta, being formed on the substrate, 1st rotary incident mode and joins 2nd rotary incident mode, the output port (113) with the incident lightwave signal re-forms. 2nd modosupuritsuta, receiving the reflected lightwave signal on the output port, 1st reflected mode and splits this reflected lightwave signal into 2nd reflected mode.
