PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the environmental pollution caused by excretion generated from domestic animals in the management of the livestock industry by a technique for making treated water by a circulation device of a treatment apparatus to treat a constant volume of excretion within a day using the treated water to discharge the treated excretion, to provide a technique for utilizing the treated water as cleaning water and a method for treating excretion by sprinkling the treated water. PSOLUTION: In the excretion treatment apparatus, excretion is treated by alternately utilizing an anaerobic and an aerobic condition using a cleaning material. The excretion is treated in the same container for a definite time by circulating the excretion by an open type apparatus. Excretion is treated at any place within a day by freely combining the volumes of excretion without selecting a place and the discharge of the treated matter is also enabled. Nitrate nitrogen is reduced to discharge the treated matter to rivers without generating environmental pollution. The treated matter can be sprinkled as harmless water. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
