PURPOSE: To provide the model wage output method which makes it easy to change various set items and can easily outputs a logical model wage table flexibly adaptively to various wage systems. CONSTITUTION: A model wage table generation part 5 executes a model wage table generating program stored in a ROM 4 with an instruction from a CPU 2 and expands various data, read out of an ability wage table memory 7, a promotion model age table memory 8, and a promotion point table memory 9, in a logical model wage table memory 6 according to various specific items required for model wage table generation which are inputted from an input part 3 to generate the model wage table. Then the generated model wage table is displayed at a display part 10 and printed out at a print part 11.
