PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-proof frame capable of securing a sufficient earthquake resistance in-plane direction based on a simple configuration.;SOLUTION: A column member (1, 2), a pair of beam members (3a, 3b) attached to put the column member between the beam members, a first plate member (9) attached to the outer side surfaces of the column members, a second plate member (10) attached to the upper side surface of a pair of the column members, and provided with a pair of upper side reinforcing members (7a, 7b) attached to the upper side surfaces of a pair of beam members in a manner protruded in an out-plane direction of frame from the column member. The first plate member is attached to the outer side surfaces of a pair of upper side reinforcing members, and the second plate member is attached to the upper side surface of a pair of the upper side reinforcing members.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
