PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of carrying out measurement of FIA method by directly collecting an ingredient from a food sample by only applying the top of a sampling tube to a food sample such as fish meats. SOLUTION: The top opening of a tube body 8 is closed with a porous membrane 10 and further, a sampling tube 2 obtained by connecting a carrier liquid inflow tube 14 and a carrier liquid flow out tube 16 to a tube body 8 is used. Then, in a state to which the porous membrane 10 is brought into contact with a food sample 24, a carrier liquid 26 for preparing a sample is continuously introduced into the sampling tube 2. An ingredient in the food sample 24 passed through the porous membrane 10 is collected in the carrier liquid 26 which flows through the interior of the sampling tube 2. The carrier liquid 26 is made to continuously flow out as a sample liquid from the carrier liquid flow out tube 16 and the sample liquid is introduced into an ingredient measuring part 6 by FIA method.
