PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an apparatus for manufacturing a bent pipe with a rubber band receiving port for an electric wire pipe using an Hi vinyl chloride raw pipe by blow molding to the utmost.;SOLUTION: A blow mold is constituted by integrating a high pressure blow mold 4 having a cavity for the rubber band receiving port having a complicated shape, and a low pressure blow mold 3 having a cavity for the bent pipe having a simple shape. A rubber tube 10 is internally fitted in the Hi vinyl chloride raw pipe 7 inserted in the high pressure blow mold 4 to support one end of the raw pipe 7 in a free state, high pressure blow is applied to the rubber tube 10 to form the rubber band receiving port, and low pressure blow is applied to the low pressure blow mold 3 to make a bent pipe part round. Therefore, a mold low in rigidity can be used as the mold and the blow molding machine can be simplified.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
