PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically reject a 2nd incoming call when the 2nd incoming call is received while making a speech with a priority destination by discriminating a connected call to a priority speech destination as a priority speech through referencing by a priority speech destination storage means and continuing the priority speech with priority over the incoming call in the priority speech state so as to specify the priority speech destination by a single telephone set. ;SOLUTION: A portable telephone terminal 10 collates a destination number being a destination with a priority speech destination number registered in a priority speech destination designation number registration memory 27 in the case of transit to a speech state at dialing and the portable telephone terminal 10 recognizes this speech call addressed to the priority speech destination. Furthermore, a caller number extracted from arrived information is stored in a caller number registration memory 25 at the arrival of the incoming call and the number is registered to a priority speech destination designation number registration memory 27 as the priority speech destination by an optional operation of a user.
