PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for expediting a knowledge sharing, that is capable of expediting the meeting of users with each other and knowledge exchange by making the users share the history information of each user. SOLUTION: First and 2nd users 1 and 2 store observation history in portable guiding terminals 101 and 102, while receiving guiding information on a display object through respective different observation routes by the terminals 101 and 102. When two users enter an agent salon, the agent for each user appears, over on a large screen display 20 and performs simulated conversation on the display 20, on the basis of the comparison results of the history information of each user. Thus, each user can easily be aware of common or different points of interest and concern with the other user.
