If there is such a self-advancing body whose delay in achieving a target progress is larger than a predetermined value, a counting speed of a race progress timer of the central controller is delayed by a specified ratio with respect to the delay, to delay the entire race progress speed. When the self-advancing body which was delayed in achieving the target progress by a specified time or longer recovers from the delay, the counting speed of the race progress timer of the central controller is increased by a specified ratio with respect to the recovery from the delay, to increase the entire race progress speed.
