PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To variably set the supporting angle of a bar antenna in a prescribed bearing by providing a mechanism variably operating the supporting angle of a bar antenna for a vehicle. ;SOLUTION: An antenna supporting angle varying mechanism 20 is provided with an antenna supporting angle varying member 24 bearing the respectively one tip parts of first and second combining elements 21 and 22 by a bearing part 23 and a protection cover 30 consisting of an elastic member covering the outer peripheral of this member 24. In this case, in the state of loosening a fixing nut 28, a screw bar 25 presents the state of being freely screwed or removed with respect to the screw hole 16 of an antenna fixing base 11. Consequently, the removing operation of the member 24 with respect to the base 11 is made free.
