PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fitting between a cap and an internal plug from being loosened at the time of a high temperature, and prevent the sealability between a container mouth cylindrical part and the internal plug from reducing by inserting an internal plug fitting body made of a hard synthetic resin with a high softening temperature, or an insertion cylinder of a cap, in an insertion groove which is formed between the fitting cylinder of the internal plug and an internal cylinder. ;SOLUTION: For a content liquid discharging container being equipped with an internal plug Ba and a cap Ca, the internal plug Ba is equipped with a fitting cylinder 6 to be engaged with the inner periphery and the upper end of a container mouth cylindrical part 2, and an internal cylinder 15a which is connected to the fitting cylinder 6 and forms an insertion groove 17 between the internal cylinder 15a and the fitting cylinder 6, using a flexible synthetic resin as a raw material.
