P To provide a spouting cap in which a rotating member for determining a position of an applicator is rotatably assembled to the cap of a spouting container, and if necessary and the rotating member is rotated to be able to perform the positioning. PSOLUTION: The spouting cap for sticking a spouted article ON the applicator with a handle includes: a cap body 12 which hangs down a mounting cylinder 20 to a container mouth neck from the periphery of a spout 18 located inside a top plate 14; a lid body 60 covering the upper face of the cap body 12; and the rotating member 40 unevenly connected to the outer peripheral side of the cap body 12. The rotating member 40 extends to the spout 18 from the rotating axis O in a laid down state and has a first receiving face 50 vertically flat toward the spout 18 in a stand-up state. ON the first receiving face, there is arranged a posture holding means 38 which can position the applicator by receiving the back face of the applicator at the opposite side of the spout and to hold the stand-up state of the rotating member so as to be releasable.
