SOLUTION: A collection process for catching dust by 51 sampling filter 6, a process for bringing the sampling filter 6 into contact with an extraction liquid 70 to suspend the caught dust and stirring the extraction liquid by the mixing with air to extract an allergen contained in the caught dust by the extraction liquid and a separation process for separating the dust after the extraction of the allergen from the extraction liquid by the sampling filter 6 to prepare a soln. to be examined having the allergen dissolved therein are provided.
