PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a DC stabilizing power supply circuit capable of effectively executing heating protection and reverse voltage resistance protection even in a small no-load current. ;SOLUTION: A protection circuit in the DC stabilizing power supply circuit has a 1st protection means for preventing an output transistor(TR) Q1 in the DC stabilizing power supply circuit from generating malfunction due to a false drive current caused by the leakage of a current at a high temperature and a 2nd protection means for protecting the reverse voltage resistance of the TR Q1. The 1st and 2nd protection means are constituted by a common current mirror circuit to be driven by an output from a temperature detection circuit 6, the emitter of an output side TR Q6 in the current mirror circuit is connected to the emitter of the TR Q1 and the collector of the TR Q2 is connected to the base of the TR Q1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
